Preheat the oven to 375°F. Butter an 8-by-8-by-2-inch baking dish.
2. Mix the blueberries with 1/3 cup of the sugar and 2 tablespoons of the flour. Spoon into the baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the remaining 11/2 cups of flour and 3 tablespoons of sugar with the baking powder and salt. Cut the butter into the flour mixture with a pastry blender or 2 knives until it resembles coarse meal. Add the milk and vanilla and stir with a fork to form a wet, sticky dough. Drop rounded teaspoons of the dough over the top of the blueberries to cover them. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar on top of the cobbler and place the baking dish on the middle rack of the oven. (Place aluminum foil on the rack directly below the cobbler to catch any juices that might spill over.) Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden-brown and the fruit filling is bubbling up through the crust.
4. Let the cobbler cool for at least 20 minutes. The blueberry cobbler recipe is ready to serve warm or at room temperature...nice . Enjoy !
peach-blueberry-cobbler.

Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
...try this amazing blueberry cobbler recipe...a must try !

BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

* 2/3 cup sugar
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 3/4 cup water
* 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
* 1 teaspoon melted butter
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/3 cup milk
* 3 tablespoons melted butter

BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in water. Nice one !

BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE INGREDIENTS

* 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 lemon, juiced
* 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
* 1 tablespoon butter, melted
* 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 4 teaspoons baking powder
* 6 tablespoons white sugar
* 5 tablespoons butter
* 1 cup milk
* 2 teaspoons sugar
* 1 pinch ground cinnamon

BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Lightly grease an 8 inch square baking dish. Place the blueberries into the baking dish, and mix with vanilla and lemon juice. Sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of flour, then
stir in the tablespoon of melted butter. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 3/4 cups of flour, baking powder, and 6 tablespoons sugar. Rub in the 5 tablespoons butter using your fingers, or cut in with a pastry blender until it is in
small pieces. Make a well in the center, and quickly stir in the milk. Mix just until moistened. You should have a very thick batter, or very wet dough. You may need to add a splash more milk. Cover, and let batter rest for 10 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spoon the batter over the blueberries, leaving only a few small holes for the berries to peek through. Mix together the cinnamon and 2 teaspoons sugar; sprinkle over the top.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown. A knife inserted into the topping should come out clean - of course there will be blueberry syrup on the knife. Let cool until just warm before serving. Store in the refrigerator for 2 days. The blueberry cobbler recipe is ready for a great dessert ! Enjoy it !

No-Dough Blueberry-Peach Cobbler Recipe

No-Dough Blueberry-Peach Cobbler Recipe
A nice blueberry cobbler recipe to try !

Blueberry Cobbler Recipe INGREDIENTS
Topping:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup softened, unsalted butter

pinch of sea salt

Fruit Filling:

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon corn starch

1/2 cup cold water

3 cups fresh, sliced peaches

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons coarse sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE :
Wash the peaches and blueberries in cold water. Cut the peaches into thin slices. You may peel them if you want to, but I find they taste just as good unpeeled, and it’s less work.

Instead of trying to halve the peaches, gently slice the fruit off the pit.
When peaches are sliced, add the blueberries and set aside.

To prepare the topping, place the flour, 1/2 cup of sugar and baking powder in a small bowl. Mix together. (Be sure to always use fresh baking powder!) Warm the milk and butter together until lukewarm. Pour all at once into flour mixture and whisk till smooth. Allow to sit for five minutes.

For the filling, place the brown sugar and cornstarch in the bottom of a large skillet. Slowly add the 1/2 cup of cold water and whisk until sugar has dissolved. Add the peaches and blueberries; combine to coat. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture is thick and bubbly. Place the blueberries into the baking dish, and mix with vanilla and lemon juice. Sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of flour, then stir in the tablespoon of melted butter. Set aside.In a medium bowl, stir together 1 3/4 cups of flour, baking powder, and 6 tablespoons sugar. Rub in the 5 tablespoons butter using your fingers, or cut in with a pastry blender until it is in small pieces. Make a well in the center, and quickly stir in the milk. Mix just until moistened. You should have a very thick batter, or very wet dough. You may need to add a splash more milk. Cover, and let batter rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spoon the batter over the blueberries, leaving only a few small holes for the berries to peek through. Mix together the cinnamon and 2 teaspoons sugar; sprinkle over the top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown. A knife inserted into the topping should come out clean - of course there will be blueberry syrup on the knife. Let cool until just warm before serving. This can store in the refrigerator for 2 days.
